Dwelling at Court, Milford, Co. Donegal
This dwelling located on a hillside overlooking a lake is contemporary but still blends in with the rural vernacular of the area.

The main internal feature of the dwelling is the main living area which incorporates the kitchen, a dining area, a small TV area, a play area and a small office area. The play area and the office area are spread over 2 floors with both open but still visually cut off of to the other spaces.
The external appearance of the building is based on traditional pitched roofs with the main bulk of the house incorporated within a traditional 2 storey block with dual pitched roof and the dining area/ office/ play area incorporated with a single storey monopitch extension which resembles that of the traditional barn adjoined to the farm house.
